Well, as you can see here BF:BC2 is the 17th most played xbox live game right now. Its usually higher then this, but because of black ops still being pretty new, its dropped down to 17. Usually its in the top 10. But either way, you will have NO problem finding a full game. This game is still hugely popular.
BF3 is still active, though not many people play the DLC maps anymore so completing assignments that require you to spend a certain amount of time in a DLC map (Like the ones to unlock the PP-19 and MK3A1) is tough unless you can get a group of friends who also have the DLC.
