Stuttering fix. For anyone who is having this issue, I figured it out after some searching/testing. Using whatever software for your mouse (Logitech g-hub, Razer Synapse, ect), make sure the polling rate is set to 500 or below as 1000 causes awful stuttering whenever you move the cursor. This will also fix the stuttering in the first game as well.

look at the map. the entrance is right under the tavern (there is an arrow) There are several entrances. The one I remember most is the one close to the blacksmith. Just follow the river past the town exit. (Stay in town), there is a gate near a female gossip dwarf. Go through the gate and then you ar in the sewer's.
